Whether its volunteering in support of kids in need, the environment, or local communities, Spin Master employees are actively involved in giving back all year round. To strengthen our culture of giving, we offer volunteer rewards to help employees make an even greater impact towards the causes that matter most to them.

For every 25 hours volunteered within a year, employees will receive $50 to donate to any charity of their choice through our giving platform. Winners are announced and celebrated at the end of each quarter.

The program has encouraged employees to find new ways to give back locally while also sharing their impact with colleagues.

For example, employees have volunteered at children’s sporting events during National Accessibility Week, given workshops to kids in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America as well as the Bratislava University of Economics and Business, and even revamped a remote school in India.

Local Philanthropy Committees: Our employee-run local philanthropy committees around the world put the power of donating and volunteering into their hands to make an impact on causes that resonate locally. They provide dynamic opportunities for employees to get involved in organized events throughout the year.

Volunteer Resource Centre: All employees have access to a Volunteer Resource Centre which hosts information on how to volunteer, local organizations they can reach out to, resources and contacts available to support them and more.
