Our talented employees are the driving force behind our success. We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace that fosters belonging where everyone feels inspired, valued and respected. Our gender-based pay equity rate across all levels was 98% and we have a commitment to achieve a rate close to 100% on an annual basis.
Since 2021, the Future of Play Scholarship Program has supported 40 emerging creators from underrepresented communities across Canada and the U.S., helping unlock access to post-secondary education and meaningful mentorship from Spin Master team members. Designed to amplify diverse voices and fresh perspectives shaping the future of children’s entertainment, the program provides scholarships for students pursuing studies aligned with our creative centres, including toy design, digital game development and entertainment.
