June 11^th is the second annual International Day of Play – a celebration of the power of play and its important role in the lives of children. This year’s theme is “Choose Play – Every Day”, something ingrained in Spin Master’s culture – where Play is our Passion.

We’re always finding new ways to create magical experiences for kids—and this day is no exception! Here’s how we’re celebrating:

Making an Impact with the Toy Foundation

We’ve partnered with The Toy Foundation to deliver Spin Master and Melissa & Doug toys to children in need – impacting over 13,000 kids! Through our donation, we’re helping children grow, explore and learn through play.

Promoting Play at the London Children’s Museum

The London Children’s Museum curates play experiences through immersive environments for children of all ages. All week, we’ve partnered together to create showcases featuring our most popular toys along with volunteers from our team and on June 11^th, we’re granting kids and families free access to the exhibits.

Hosting a Play Day for Kids at Our Toronto Office

We’re welcoming employees’ children to the Toronto office for a chance to play! The event will provide opportunities to create, draw, and build while also giving us insight into further innovation.
